Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your Fasciva Pro arrives damaged or defective please contact us at support@fasciva.com immediately with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost — no return necessary.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items: Items returned after the 30-day guarantee window are not eligible for a refund.
