Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. During high-demand periods processing times may slightly extend, but we always work to get your Fasciva Pro on its way as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping: Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all Fasciva orders. No minimums, no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout to avoid any delays or misdelivery.

Order Modifications: If you need to update your order or shipping address please contact us at support@fasciva.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped modifications may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please contact us immediately at support@fasciva.com and we will make it right — no questions asked.
